Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in store, accounts, or inventory management in Agro/poultry farm industries.
Proficiency in Google Sheets (data management, formulas, pivot tables, reporting & analysis).
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials (feed, medicine, vaccines, equipment, etc.).
Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock ledgers.
Conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure system records match physical inventory.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests with the farm manager/accounts team.
Ensure proper storage conditions and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles.
Maintain store hygiene, security, and organized documentation.
Facilitate internal/external audits by maintaining transparent and accurate records.
Collaborate with farm supervisors and technical teams to streamline daily operations.
