Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) & update SMV database based on method improvement
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation
∎ Modify design & layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ Operator skill checking, communicate with respective cross functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found
∎ Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process
∎ Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it
∎ Asses new workers & staff skill.
∎ Control Extra OT manpower.
∎ Find out root cause of production problems
∎ Perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
