∎ Experience: 1-2 years in Poultry feed/ Medicine marketing
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee poultry, cattle feed & chicks sales performance and maintain up-to-date dealer insights.
∎ Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts to the designated supervisor or sales coordinator.
∎ Enhance dealer profiles and support strategic dealer development
∎ Identify potential market gaps and promptly communicate them to the supervisor.
∎ Map and engage with farmers and dealers, ensuring comprehensive after-sales support for both.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, addressing feedback related to feed products and services.
∎ Provide detailed feedback to the supervisor regarding current and future market conditions.
∎ *Submit monthly performance reports on feed sales to the Head Office. Lead marketing initiatives suc as SGM events, seminars with farmers, retailer meetings, and multimedia projector-based promotional activities.
∎ Record and report on farm trials, ensuring timely submission to the supervisor for poultry-relate devaluations.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
