To support its business strategy for rapid expanding program, the company is looking for dynamic, ambitious, energetic, hardworking and result oriented professional for immediate appointment for the position of Officer Sales & Marketing/Senior Officer sales & Marketing for Marketing Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales support with aggressive and proactive attitude
∎ Must be target oriented for sale, able to fulfill target.
∎ Able to Identifying target markets.
∎ Having Sales Target ownership and achieve the target.
∎ Responsible for achievement of Individual Target (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and assist Team leader for overall Sales Achievement.
∎ Convince and handle dealer/retailer to get order.
∎ Product positioning (What, Which, Why, How, When to use a particular product)
∎ Market Visit to see competitors activities with dealers / retail shops/farmers.
∎ Product demo in the field with farmers.
∎ Attend/ organize different promotional activities.
∎ Collect market information to identify, develop and increase sales volume for the organization.
∎ Share clients/market observation with management to take new strategies.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Agro based firms (day old chicks, poultry feeds, Fish feeds, cattle feeds etc.)
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated.
∎ Very good leadership quality.
∎ Creative and excellent job knowledge.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable as experience
