∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring overdue recovery & payment dues to be collected from customers with proper planning and responding to credit & collection related inquiries.
∎ Negotiating payment arrangements with customers and influencing to collect market due.
∎ Conducting regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprising visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by the field staff.
∎ Ensuring documentation of all collection related reports, work plans and office correspondence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in credit control/ recovery is mandatory.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard for long hours under pressure.
