Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline BBA, MBA in HRM, LLB will get preference.
∎ Masters in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Partly Qualified ICSB.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with factories for renewal of licenses.
∎ Sync with the factories and concerned personnel regarding their sought agreement demand and provide them accordingly.
∎ Draft and vet various bi-lateral and multi-lateral agreements, contract, MoU, undertaking, legal notice.
∎ Drafting legal agreement
∎ Preparing various kinds of deeds and agreements relating to property transfer and mortgage and due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office.
∎ Review, verification and finalization of all Sale Deeds and allotment Agreement and Deed of Agreement for all departments.
∎ Vet various documents and agreements before execution
∎ Prepare memorandum of article of association for new company formation.
∎ Prepare Board resolution, Minutes.
∎ Have to work on RJSC return submit including documentation, profile update.
∎ Have to work on BIDA documentation.
∎ All types of RJSC related work.
∎ Have to work total secretarial work of Company.
∎ Liaison with legal advisors on legal requirements.
∎ Follow up and coordinate all the required activities such as renewals of all license, expiration notice, amendments, etc. as per the terms and conditions of contracts, agreements, or any other legal instruments in an absolute timely manner.
∎ Keep liaison with different regulatory authorities, government offices, and other relevant bodies.
∎ Recruitment & selection process, placement, reporting daily, weekly & monthly on demands.
∎ Input new joined employees information & Complete joining formalities
∎ Maintain employee's personal file on regular basis and update the file
∎ Maintain HR documentation and issue all types of letter.
∎ Ensuring manpower requisition manpower planning, interview arrangement and selection, Conducting written, IQ, computer skill tests, continuing interview and negotiation.
∎ Preparing letters of appointment, confirmation & promotion and recording them in HR Software system.
∎ Organizing and monitoring meetings as required by management.
∎ Inviting candidates by email and confirming through phone.
∎ All HR related works such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, placement termination and service agreements etc.
∎ Co-operating & supporting various types of admin and HR related issue as per company policies and labor law.
∎ Any other task is assigned by Management from Time to Time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: communication and interpersonal skill.

∎ Company Affairs, Company Secretary, Finance/ Accounts, HRM.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry Feed Sector related Company.

∎ Administration, Case Management, Legal Affairs, Public Relation, Various License.
∎ Good Liaison with Government Authority.
∎ Strong knowledge in preparing MOU, Deed, DOA, etc.
∎ Should be self-motivated, strong interpersonal & communication skill with leadership qualities.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience whereas 3 years in similar role in any reputed Industry.
∎ Able to work under pressure for extensive hours.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
