Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Rapid response to customer service issues ensures prompt and accurate responses to customer enquiries.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
∎ Ability to understand customer requirements and, according to need, create or close appointments.
∎ Identify customer needs and clarify information accordingly.
∎ Aim to improve the organization's overall customer satisfaction ratings Any other duties assigned by Head of Department and Management.
