Experience:
Ensure day to day activities of administrative & compliance.
Updating and implementing different policies and procedures relating to the strategies administration & compliance.
Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
Manage and resolve any emergency incident or crisis.Ensure on time renewal the required licenses, contract, certificate etc.
To provide necessary induction, orientation and training to make all concern aware of compliance issues.
Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
Maintain leave record, attendance & movement register and report to HR Department.
Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
Supervise and manage the support staff to ensure that the assigned tasks are completed in effective and timely manner.
Maintain HR database
Proper documentation of personal file, record of workers and officers.
Ensure that attendance report, Leave Record and OT sheets are prepared as per local laws.
Look after employee welfare and arrange different employee engagement program.
Handle the disciplinary action and grievance.·
Ensure final settlement benefits are in line with Bangladesh Labour Law.
Assist in preparing /updating policies for administrative issues.
To implement KPI based performance management system·
To communicate with Labour Office, Labour Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labour Federation etc.
Maintain different register and service book as per labour law.
Any other task assigned by management.
