Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take approval from Buyer and provide this for production and sample.
∎ Supervise shifting floor and maintain all record.
∎ Arrange issue & all materials as per swatch for Linking, Boarding, and packing.
∎ Support to set up the machine.
∎ Works on sample making.
∎ Guide to set up machine for production.
∎ Maintain all quality issues of socks
∎ Works on absent operators place to ensure smooth production.
∎ Inspection and report making.
∎ Inform mechanic in maintenance problem in machine as early as possible.
∎ Writing daily quality and production report.
∎ Maintain 5's in Work place.
∎ Maintaining clean production floor and all Issue records.
∎ Communicate with buyer and senior management.
∎ Provide monthly report.
∎ Complete shipment as per plan.
∎ Prepare Daily attendance report.
∎ Requisition all necessary things for linking, boarding, packing, Ecm. And other related task.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Applicant must have good knowledge on Computer (MS Word/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint)
∎ Good writing & oral communication skill particularly in English and Bangla.
∎ Must be target oriented.
