Educational Requirements:
∎ A Graduate from any reputed university (preferably in Business Administration)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct monthly social audits as per organizational requirements
∎ Communicate and clarify audit requirements with Independent Producers (IP), Ayesha Abed Foundation (AAF) (main, sub-center, wings), Outlets and Enterprises
∎ Provide Management Reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information provided by AAF, Outlet and Enterprise Presentations
∎ Conduct IP forums and training based on fire safety and artisans' well-being for improving social compliance knowledge
∎ Document the audit findings/observations and report the audit results to the responsible stakeholders
∎ Monitor audit reports in the Independent Producer profiles and file accordingly
∎ Ensure smooth operations of internal department communication between producers and Aarong staff by supporting the research and design unit
∎ Co-operate and support co-auditors regarding audit purposes and corrective action plan (CAP) monitoring
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in MS Office program with good Bangla typing skills
∎ Interpersonal and adaptability skills to work with different stakeholders
∎ Understanding of project management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the goals of the fund secretariat on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
