∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in MME, Material Science,Chemistry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper checking of the measuring equipment with standards before test.
∎ Conduct physical inspection of incoming raw material as per QAP.
∎ Conduct chemical test of incoming raw materials.
∎ Test samples from various stage of production as per requirement.
∎ provide acceptance or rejection report of incoming raw materials.
∎ Ensure precondition for a healthy lab atmosphere.
∎ Ensure spares and consumables of wet chemical lab. Inform the manager QC in advance for any item if the stock is minimum.
∎ Maintain all quality related documents as required by the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to Measure actual test results and record the same for incoming and delivered products and compare it to the desired / ideal specifications.
∎ Ability to understand the level of deviation from desired specifications and escalate accordingly.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS word, Excel and power point.
