∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Submission of monthly and periodical reports to BSEC, DSE, CSE & CDBL.
∎ RJSC&F related matters i.e. preparation and submission of various returns as well as to obtain certified copies related to TBL, TBSL & TBIL.
∎ Processing of Dividend (BEFTN, ONLINE payment, Warrant Printing).
∎ Preservation of file/documentation relating to Share Department.
∎ Maintaining Dividend accounts, reconciliation of Dividend, settlement of unclaimed Dividend etc.
∎ Operate Share Management System Software/ CDBL related functions.
∎ Functions related to Sale/Buy and transfer of Directors/Sponsors Shares.
∎ Support for holding AGM/EGM of TBL, TBIL & TBSL.
∎ Maintain liaison with shareholders and address their queries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience at Share Department of any listed Company preferably at Banks.
∎ Individual perusing Chartered Secretary course may be considered as added advantage.
∎ Highly skilled in Computer operation including MS Word and Excel is a must.
∎ Sound typing skill in both Bengali and English are must.
