Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of Machinery and Equipment.
Proper diagnosis of machinery to fix any issues.
Reduce NPT due to inaccurate Machine setup.
Arrange & Distribute Machineries according to layout plan.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues promptly.
Implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems and enhance equipment efficiency
Pre-servicing Plan All Machine & Equipment.
Regular Check Machine & Equipment
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
