Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a data bank to facilitate information by business unit heads related to compensation.
∎ Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
∎ Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
∎ Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
∎ Conduct employee on boarding and assist to organize training & development initiatives
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
∎ Maintain and monitor attendance through automated system (biometric/swiping cards) and HRIS for processing of compensation and benefit for employees.
∎ Assist in implementation of human resource policies
∎ Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
∎ Organize employee performance reviews
∎ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
∎ Organize and collect all training needs assessment from the annual appraisals and compile them for assessment of annual training calendar.
∎ Assist in designing yearly training plan and preparation of budget taking input from different sources - HR firms, trainers and training facilitators.
∎ Contact different universities and resource persons to arrange for titled training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ For the position of Sr. Officer-HR, 3-5 years of experience is must.
∎ Good command in MS Word, Excel & Power Point Presentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Good communication skill on both Bangla & English.
