Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the admin and HR department, monitoring employee records, ensuring adherence to company policies, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering HR/Admin services to the concerned assignment.

  • Preparing HR/Admin-related reports and documents

  • Facilitating employee onboarding and payroll-related tasks.

  • Securing the factory premises along with the safety and security department.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the mode of service delivery and support.

  • Maintaining a document filing system in reference to filing rules and regulations.

  • Ensuring payroll accounts and insurance coverage for all the manpower.

  • Assist in the management of confidential files, specifically in the areas of personnel.

  • Provide support in organizing and managing events and meetings

  • Support the processes of grant administration, including documentation and filing.

  • Maintaining good correspondence with various government & non-government offices.

  • Ensuring that the concerned team and supervisors are supported in their daily administration.

  • Maintain records of office procurements, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets, and

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the transport department.
