• NSEZ, Mirsharai, Chattogram (Factory)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Formulation of different recipes for batch calculation of glasses.
• Checking glass Quality by different analysis methods.
• Maintain all laboratory-related chemical stock.
• Maintain all types of laboratory-related documents as per ISO Standard.
• Preparation of different chemical solutions required for the analysis of glass raw materials.
• Analysis of glass raw materials such as Silica sand, Dolomite, Limestone, Soda Ash, Salt cake, and Coal Powder.
• Conduct in-depth chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and final products using advanced laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Ensure and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and reliability of glass products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Design, plan, and execute experiments to improve existing products or develop new glass formulations.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, research findings, and technological advancements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
