Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, HR and Admin, Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking responsibility of Factory HR & Administration .
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of Management.
∎ Control & supervise the entire logistics support for factory operation.
∎ Maintain regular contacts with the concerned legal departments and ministries of Govt. of Bangladesh, business partners, counterparts, commercial house etc.
∎ Do periodical report on HR Status.
∎ Ensure the security and safety factors in the factory.
∎ Handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
∎ Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules-2015
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
