Business Analyst, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Sales (Back Office), Sales Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare performance reporting dashboard against a target for division as well as for segment/Account manager level.
∎ Develop on-demand reports and Scorecards delivering improved agility through ease of access and enhanced visualization.
∎ Collate and format large and complex sets of data across multiple channels, customers and sales areas. Analyze data to present meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities.
∎ Analyze campaign and activity effectiveness to monitor results vs. target for activity/campaign.
∎ Present insights and recommendations to the Business Sales Leadership team on a monthly basis and in a clear, concise manner.
∎ Contribute to the development of internal periodical business reviews, providing reporting dashboards and other ppt materials.
∎ Coordinate with customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
∎ Coordinate with Finance and BI team for reporting insight and information
∎ Monitoring and reporting on specific projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In the case of fresher, experience with analytical reporting or related casework will be valued.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong Analytical skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skill
∎ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Powerpoint.
