Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/B.Sc Hons./ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Physics, BBA, MBA.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and coordinate with customer for Softlines Assurance Business e.g. Lab Consultancy, Lab audit, Calibration and Technical training services.
∎ Prepare service proposal, quotation and scheduling of services.
∎ Follow up payment and prepare material for services.
∎ Maintain customer database, service wise revenue database and analysis business performance for Assurance services.
∎ Assist the Head of Assurance for all coordination activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 2-3 years practical experience on customer coordination and business analysis.
∎ Basic Knowledge on Textile testing, Calibration, QMS as per ISO 17025:2017, Lab audit etc.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis, report generation and presentation skill.
∎ Having knowledge on advance excel, email communication & power point as computer literacy
