The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, painters, architects, and project engineers.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and drive product push through influencers (e.g., painters, contractors, consultants).
- Organize and execute territory-level engagement activities such as Painter Meets and Engineer Meets.
- Conduct site-level product demonstrations and sampling as per client requirements.
- Promote new and premium product lines, ensuring effective market penetration and after-sales support.
- Prepare and update daily sales reports using software and mobile apps; share timely market intelligence and competitor activity.
- Develop and execute area sales development plan, including forecasting and target setting.
