Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive – FMCG to join our team in the Sylhet & Dhaka city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market growth and ensuring strong customer engagement within the territory. This is an on-site field role, involving regular travel within assigned routes.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily market visits following route plans
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain and develop relationships with distributors and retailers
- Monitor and report on sales performance vs. targets
- Ensure visibility and availability of products across the market
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers/distributors
- Provide timely feedback on market conditions and competitor activity
