• Skills Required: Sales performance, Monitoring and Reporting, Supervision, Team work

• Minimum 2 year* of proven experience in *FMCG sales, preferably in the **food and beverage* sector

• Prior experience in *bottled water distribution* is an added advantage

• Familiarity with the Dhaka or Sylhet market is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas

• Available for Immediate Joining

• Candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working, career and customer service focused.

• Strong oral, written and typing communications skills in English & Bengali language.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market growth and ensuring strong customer engagement within the territory. This is an on-site field role, involving regular travel within assigned routes.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct daily market visits following route plans
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain and develop relationships with distributors and retailers
• Monitor and report on sales performance vs. targets
• Ensure visibility and availability of products across the market
• Act as a liaison between the company and customers/distributors
• Provide timely feedback on market conditions and competitor activity
