Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/Marketing will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chicken and egg sales, Commercial Broiler Sales, Dealer Sales, Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock, Poultry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and increase market share & visibility.
∎ Nursing existing clients and sourcing new Broiler Bird traders.
∎ Negotiate with traders and ensure higher selling price.
∎ Order collection from traders and ensure on time payment.
∎ Ensure smooth and timely delivery of Broiler Birds from farms to traders.
∎ Perform trend and competitor’s analysis.
∎ Market visit and follow-up daily sales & report to line manager on present situation.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Strong business understanding.
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Must have strong communication and convincing Skills.
∎ Candidate must have valid driving license and motorcycle.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work at anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong negotiation skill.
∎ Should have good command on MS Office (specially Excel and Power Point).
