∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Health and Safety, Internal Audit, ISO 45001, Safety compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support management to ensure health and safety compliance for the decent working environment
∎ Support to implement IMS/ISO management systems standards (ISO-9001, 14001, 45001)
∎ Assess, and document hazards and risk regularly
∎ Develop SOP, Forms, Formats, and Checklists and Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies and SOPs are maintained.
∎ Frequently visit the factory and floors; reduce potential hazards and risks; Improve workplace safety
∎ Supervise the fire safety team and Provide OSHA training to employees for safe operation
∎ Maintain HR & Social Compliance as per labor law and rules OSHA requirements
∎ Conduct audit, and inspection assessment as per schedule
∎ Investigate workplace accidents and injuries and refer them to the proper authorities.
∎ Report to sustainability and the Head of HR weekly and monthly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
