Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics from any reputed public/ private university with good academic record.
∎ Candidates having any third class/division/ equivalent GPA in any academic examination need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having CA/ ACCA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA (Partly Qualified) and sound knowledge in Capital Market Software application, development and maintenance will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 05 years including minimum 03 years’ experience as Research Analyst or equivalent nature of job in any Merchant Bank or Brokerage House.
∎ Ability on technical and fundamental analysis of financial position of listed securities.
∎ Well understanding of watch list of securities for own portfolio investment.
∎ Knowledge on Reports of stock market summary on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ In- depth ability on private placement investment proposal as well as underwriting proposal.
∎ Generate actionable stock, industry and sector research for the client. In addition will also prepare event specific flash note, stock specific update and other research materials.
∎ Work on regular research publications for daily market, mutual fund and various other routine activities.
∎ Ability to keep sensitive business financial information confidential.
∎ Ability to prepare extensive reports and present finding to companies with clear and concise action advice.
∎ Advanced speaking and report writing skills for effective communication.
∎ Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.2022.
