Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ MBM/ Masters or equivalent in any discipline from reputed public/ private university with good academic record.
∎ Candidates having any third class/division/ equivalent GPA in any examination result need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having CA/ ACCA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA (Partly Qualified) and Post Graduate Diploma in Capital Market will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Having adequate knowledge in relation to Issue Management, Portfolio Management, Underwriting and Corporate Advisory Services.
∎ Having sound knowledge in Capital Market as well as having good communication skill.
∎ Capable in developing, maintaining & updating the market information database for all listed companies.
∎ Well-informed with regard to the Laws, Rules & Regulations issued/ provided by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and other related Regulatory Authorities.
∎ Adequately capable in finding as well as exploring new investment opportunities.
∎ Independently capable to handle Stock Dealer Portfolio of the company.
∎ Proficient in reviewing, monitoring and managing the operations of Capital Market Investment of the company.
∎ Efficient in maintaining effective compliance with market risk limit/ policies as well as identifying all relevant market risk factors.
∎ Competent in reporting to the appropriate authority (Regulators and Management) as per their requirements.
∎ Monitoring and involving in trading and sales.
∎ Experienced in maintaining strong liaison with regulatory bodies.
∎ Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 31.07.2022.
