Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, regulate and inform all the concerned departments of Organization regarding the regulatory and compliance related aspects of the company in order to safeguard the company’s best commercial interests while abiding by regulations and in line with best-practices of the telecommunication sector.
∎ Advise and coordinate the development of company views on Telecom policy matters.
∎ Keeping the company and all internal departments up to date with changes in regulatory legislation/ guidelines and ensure compliance with those changes.
∎ Maintaining constant communication and coordination with stakeholders (BTRC, BTCL, BSCCL, Cellular Mobile network Operators, ISPs, ICXs and others) regarding operation related works.
∎ Work with company’s all departments for preparation, verification and submission of all reporting tasks (daily, monthly, quarterly etc.) to telecom regulator within the deadline.
∎ Preparation, submission and bring out service permission for different services, no objection certificate as and when required by the Organization.
∎ Preparation, submission and bring out regulatory approval for new license, registration/ enlistment certificate.
∎ Oversee and maintain all licenses, service approvals up-to-date.
∎ Arranging meeting of Management Officials and participate in meetings with stakeholders (Government, Semi-Government, Private Organizations) etc.
∎ Any other duties as directed by the higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in a Telecommunication Organization having knowledge in Interconnection, Regulatory & Corporate Affair related works with a good technical understanding of the organization’s networks and product offerings.
∎ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
∎ Practical experience on the telecommunications regulatory arena where relationship building and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups is essential
