Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Science from any Renowned University in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbial Science/ Biological Science/ Biology/ Applied Chemistry or Pharmacy.
∎ Candidates from Public Universities will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check and assure the quality of Products of ZK Foils Ltd.
∎ To do quality check of Incoming Raw materials and prepare report.
∎ To do QC checking on consumer goods related product.
∎ To verify purpose test (New Supplier, Recipe Change, Process Change etc.).
∎ To check batch wise manufactured product.
∎ To prepare every batch outgoing test report.
∎ To assist to other tests related to chemical.
∎ Ensure inspection in every steps
∎ Reduce rejection/ Reworks.
∎ Work on improving best practices in Test Management & in Quality Assurance Process
∎ Work on improving best practices in Test Management & Quality Assurance Process
∎ Perform quality testing and document test result, log all the defect, and track it to closure.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in Challenging & Promising Environment and under pressure.
∎ Ability to work hard.
