Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain product consistency.
∎ Monitor and analyze product performance to ensure compliance with industry standards.Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and suggest corrective actions.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of test results, batch records, and compliance reports.
∎ Work closely with the production and R&D teams to enhance product quality.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in the factory.
∎ Ducon Construction Chemical is a leading manufacturing company of industrial epoxy and polyurethane (PU) flooring, waterproofing, floor hardener, and various construction chemicals in Bangladesh. To maintain our commitment to quality, we are looking for a QA & QC Officer for our factory. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards in product quality, raw materials, and production processes while adhering to regulatory and industry standards.Conduct quality control tests for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
