Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain SOPs at all level of operation.
∎ Ensure area line clearance of process line.
∎ Ensure area line clearance after maintenance of equipment.
∎ Ensure stability test of finished products and maintain record.
∎ Check & ensure that finished goods are delivered by following FIFO system.
∎ Check log sheets of in-process, packing & other sections
∎ Conduct batch release assessment.
∎ Ensure standard quality of finished products through online QA team
∎ Ensure good health & hygiene condition of people, production lines and FG distribution vehicles.
∎ Ensure that preventive measures are working properly for Critical Control Point (CCP) & Operation Pre –Requisite Program (OPRP) in production process
∎ Ensure food safety related issues of production process and distribution.
∎ Ensure proper cleaning of process equipment, water service tank and overhead tank
∎ Control & Coordinate the jobs of QA Supervisor and other subordinates
∎ Keep & maintain departmental files and ensure SOP is followed properly for documentation
∎ Liaise with HR Department for the presence of required QA personnel as per duty schedule
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
