∎ Good analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
∎ Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting;
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet etc.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English;
∎ Able to work independently, in a team and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ High level of professional integrity and commitment to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control of Chanachur, Snacks, Biscuits.
∎ To analyze all Raw/PM & finished goods as per SOP.
∎ To conduct physical, chemical and microbiological tests at internal or external laboratories.
∎ Develop new test procedures and reagents for conducting tests.
∎ Assist operations & all quality functions in tracking, documenting & reporting quality KPI's.
∎ Good Knowledge on Chanachur, Instant Noodles, Chips, Puffed Rice, Lascha Shemai etc.
