Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Food Technology/Chemistry/Microbiology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with HOD on preparation of Food safety related SOPs for the plant operation
∎ Monitor & ensure food safety operations as per set SOPs
∎ Conduct internal & external calibration of equipment
∎ Follow up of external calibration of equipment according to the schedule
∎ Handle deviation at food safety parameter (if any) and take preventive and corrective action
∎ Monitor all food safety related records at plant operation
∎ Timely update all CM License (BSTI)
∎ Develop process to achieve brand inclusion certificate for all new brand
∎ Develop process to achieve packaging registration certificate for all product
∎ Organize internal audit of all departments
∎ Face QMS & ISO 22000, BSTI, HALAL audits and take necessary action to close NCs and other observations of surveillance audit
∎ Conduct external testing of finished good & water
∎ Check & ensure the regulatory and organization’s requirements for product label
∎ Verify hygiene and pest control status of factory premises
∎ Maintain House Keeping as per standard
∎ Follow up of different departments & report to DGM (QA)
∎ Prepare required documents as per QMS & ISO 22000 standard
∎ Prepare required documents as per BSTI & HALAL standard
∎ Provide training to QA and Production personnel as per training schedule
∎ Update and implement FSSC related documents
∎ Prepare and implement documents as per BSTI & HALAL standard

∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have skills on testing, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
