Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Role:- To execute line wise production plan in shifts to meet the production goal with continuous growth in productivity while maintaining quality , quantity, value and team building.
∎ Key deliverables:-
∎ Ensure production and growth in productivity as per plan
∎ Ensure product quality within Acceptable Quality Parameter
∎ Ensure product wise manpower allotment
∎ Ensure compliance at production floor
∎ Ensure wastage within tolerance level
∎ Impart on the job training to the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
