Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Glass and Ceramic Engineering from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the operations Glazing, Glazing parameters and Digital Printing Machine operations properly
∎ Ensure TGV parameters & Tecnoferrari loading parameter setting for good production with best quality
∎ Manage to improve the Production Quality & Quantity
∎ Plan and achieve the production targets with the required quality standards
∎ Giving instruction to the operator to perform well and try to avoid break downs
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
∎ 3-5 Years Experience on Glaze Line and Printing area in Tiles Industry
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solution
∎ Willing to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory compound
