Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/Power/Ceramic from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all kinds of mechanical maintenance and production jobs related to the press section.
∎ Changing of mould, punch as per the requirement of production department in shortest possible of time
∎ Maintain preventive and schedule maintenance and preparing spare parts requisition (imported and local) of mechanical items
∎ Be able to run shift with mechanics by taking full responsibility
∎ Managing teams of sub assistant engineer, mechanics, operator, and helper; ensuring proper shifting duty
∎ Keeping production and maintenance records, report writing of press working status
∎ Work with Technicians to install new machinery as and when required
∎ Coordinate with production and utility department for proper maintenance of machinery
∎ Shift wise oracle entry of production data
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years of the press section of any reputed ceramic tiles plant
∎ ( Must be Working SACMI Press )
∎ Strong in product knowledge, technical and quality analysis
∎ Problem-solving, team working skill
∎ Evaluating and decision-making ability
∎ Willing to stay near factory compound on his own accord.
