Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Marketing from any reputed university.
∎ Having BBA degree in Marketing also can apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BTL Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Exploration of new branding and trade marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility in the target market.
∎ Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales materials to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager and support Market executions.
∎ Create and maintain activity calendar of trade marketing through working with both Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Implement and track Trade Marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence.
∎ Carry out specific Trade Marketing programs, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity.
∎ Work closely with the sales & marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets.
∎ Prepare project proposal with budget collection of estimates, follow-up work order and work status of the concern vendor.
∎ Communicate with dealers, retailers (Pocket Market) to collect market information throw-out the country to explore different idea to implement branding & Trade Marketing activities.
∎ POSM distribution as per requirement given by the concern traders and sales department.
∎ Negotiate with traders on promotional display and merchandise placement.
∎ Database making for Dealers / Retailers / Fitters / Plumbers (Market wise & area wise).
∎ Prepare market visit report (weekly) with up-to-date market information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Motorcycle riding with valid driving license.
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Well Conversant in MS-Office & Strong knowledge in MS-Power Point Presentation.

Salary: Negotiable
