• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Should have knowledge of Ingredients, MIxing and Blending, Frying Techniques, Seasoning Application, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, , 5S, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Labeling and Auditsand Inspections.

• Should have skill in Production process of Chanachur production, Machinery & Equipment knowledge, Quality Control , Trouble shooting & Production Compliance.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.

• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.

• High level of professional integrity.

• Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate daily production schedules to meet targets efficiently.

• Process Optimization: Monitor and improve production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Resource Allocation: Manage raw materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure smooth operations.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.

• Inspection and Testing: Oversee product sampling and testing processes to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate production staff to ensure high performance.

• Shift Management: Allocate tasks and monitor staff during shifts to maintain productivity.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and food hygiene regulations.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze production metrics to provide reports to senior management.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.

• Problem Solving: Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Process Development: Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices to improve operational efficiency.
