Educational Requirements:
∎ A Graduate from any reputed university (preferably from Development Studies/Business/Public Administration/Humanities related discipline)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure prompt and efficient processing of producer applications, transfers, suspensions, terminations, reinstatements, activation and deactivation including tracking and senior management approval, documentation verification and investigations on top of other relevant tasks
∎ Ensure accuracy of data and update regarding producer administrative tasks and dealt with promptly and efficiently
∎ Organize monthly producer forums by coordination and preparation of events, actively moderating the event, ensuring meeting minutes accurately
∎ Ensure the prompt circulation of decision sheets by following up on decision sheet deadlines and sharing them with senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Knowledge of SME/Handicraft sector production processes
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English and Bangla
∎ Interpersonal skills along with customer service skills
∎ Expertise in project management
∎ Proficiency in MS Office program with good Bangla typing skills
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the goals of the fund secretariat on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
