Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile in a reputed University like AUST/BUTEX/City/Prime Asia/South East/BIFT, etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning, preparation & follow-up and fulfill the production target
∎ Give technical solution to solve the print difficulties
∎ Follow-up the different print wash report
∎ Should have chemical mixing practical knowledge & advice the color section how to solve chemicals problem
∎ Communication with marketing & garments production department & attend risk analysis meeting before starting any new style
∎ Ensure quality during bulk production period & control rejects
∎ Proper utilization of manpower and resources
∎ Follow-up the delivery of manufacturing goods
∎ Capability to run production independently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Must have knowledge about printing color, chemical and mass, auto machine, etc.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS - Office
∎ Willing to stay at factory site at own accord
