Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques
∎ Plan to synchronize among technical, production and Q.A department for maximum production efficiency & monitoring the M/Cs performance
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for printing
∎ Line balancing should be done every day morning
∎ Organize & utilize manpower capacity to the maximum to ensure that production targets are achieved on day to day basis on the sewing floor
∎ Supervise production planning for the entire capacity
∎ Liaison with different section of the factory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Conversant in MS-Office
