Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from Science background in any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out systematic examination of the methods and activities
∎ Improve the effective use of resources and set up the standard time for work performance
∎ Prepare workers' skill matrix and study to achieve the smooth production flow with minimum interruption
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man-Machine ratio
∎ Maintain liaison with planning & IE for productivity improvement and input
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis and measure workers' efficiency
∎ Prepare production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro-active, energetic and career oriented
∎ Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in use MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
