∎ Should have practical experience with PMS, KPI & Talent Management.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rule 2015.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, Excel and Internet usage.
∎ Should be elegant, energetic & have a pleasant personality.
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated, and excellent in interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the Increment and Promotional Benefits of employees based on management decisions.
∎ Assist in setting, tracking, and updating employee KPIs in coordination with employees.
∎ Ensure the timely collection of KPI data for accurate performance tracking.
∎ Conduct follow-ups with department heads and employees to ensure KPI evaluations are completed.
∎ Assist in compiling and verifying data for promotion evaluations.
∎ Prepare office orders, promotion letters after the approval of Promotion Proposals, and deliver to promoted employees.
∎ Facilitate the transfer process by gathering manpower authorization, approval and circulation.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all PMS-related activities, including promotions, increments, promotional benefits and transfers.
∎ Purpose of the job:
∎ To support the implementation and execution of the performance management system by ensuring accurate tracking of KPIs, timely follow-ups, and proper coordination of promotional benefits, increments, promotions, and transfer processes.
