∎ Age 28 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the functional Operational Excellence team and program by actively networking with peers from the community and promoting the culture of sharing best practices.
∎ Increase OEE & Ensure 5S.
∎ Must take initiative in lean manufacturing, learn lean tools, and look for scope of implementation in the factory by ensuring proper raw material consumption.
∎ Maintain and work on waste minimization and to reduce major defects in products to improve quality.
∎ Implement the Operational Excellence Road Map across the plant, which assists in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Introduce TPM for effective maintenance, which focuses on keeping all equipment in top condition to avoid breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes.
∎ Carry out any other tasks / duties assigned by the management.
