Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive spare parts sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
∎ Identify, approach, and onboard potential spare parts dealers, particularly those with experience in the automobile industry.
∎ Evaluate the suitability of dealers based on their market presence, experience, and capacity to handle spare parts distribution.
∎ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential dealers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Conduct regular visits and communications to strengthen trust and promote product offerings.
∎ Plan and initiate requisitions for spare parts in alignment with demand forecasts.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, supply chain and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of parts, avoiding sales loss.
∎ This position is responsible for driving spare parts sales to achieve set targets and support overall revenue growth by identifying and onboarding qualified dealers and fostering strong relationships with both partners and customers to ensure sustained business.
