Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing, Planning, and Monitoring-25%
∎ Contribute to developing concept note and project proposal
∎ Develop different qualitative and quantitative methods, tools, and strategy for monitoring and evaluation, and research of projects of Islamic Relief Bangladesh
∎ Develop and review M&E Plan, M&E Framework, and Logical Framework of different projects
∎ Organize frequent field visit (80%) and monitoring the projects regularly
∎ Contribute to developing an information management system for IRB
∎ Research and Evaluation-25%
∎ Coordinate and manage to conduct baseline survey, need assessment, feasibility study, RBM, After Action Review, Post Distribution Monitoring, Midterm and Final Evaluation and impact study of various projects
∎ Contribute to conducting research and action research
∎ Provide technical support to various projects and programs on monitoring and evaluation, need assessment and managing research
∎ Reporting-10%
∎ Coordination with different project managers to collect monthly, quarterly and annual project reports from each department
∎ Contribute to preparing monthly reports, quarterly narrative reports, final reports of different projects
∎ Contribute to generate quality research report, baseline study report, monitoring and evaluation report, after-action review report, post-distribution monitoring report and field visit reports, and any others as well
∎ To disseminate reports and study findings with respective•
∎ Capacity building and Strategic Development-10%
∎ Contribute to organizing dissemination workshop with management as well as other stakeholders
∎ Contribute to IRB partnership screening and development work
∎ Contribute to developing and updated IRB Business plan and Country strategy
∎ Accountability and Learning-10%
∎ Contribute to handle Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM), maintain data based on complaint or cases as well as maintain CRM logbook, ensure regular monitoring of CRM process and procedure
∎ Contribute to Core Humanitarian Standard of Islamic Relief Bangladesh
∎ Contribute to coordinate, organize, facilitation and documentation lesson learning workshop
∎ Contribute to organizing annual learning and sharing meeting of various projects
∎ Coordination-10%
∎ Establish and maintain effective linkages with government, strategic networks, and partners to ensure influence at the local and national level for different projects
∎ Represent IRB to donors, government, UN agencies, and other NGOs concerning the projects, including participation in consultative meetings with other partners
∎ Ensure coordination and integration across various sectors and approaches in the working areas
∎ Other Requirement-10%
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Responsible for seasonal (Ramadan & Qurbani) & emergency response programs if require.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor
