Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, validate, and manage credit data from internal and external sources.
∎ Develop and maintain scheduled MIS reports; ensure high standards of data quality and consistency.
∎ Support CIB reporting and system compliance.
∎ Write SQL queries to extract, summarize, and analyze data.
∎ Visualize data through dashboards, charts, and presentations.
∎ Provide remote/on-site IT and MIS support to field teams.
∎ Train staff on MIS tools and data protocols.
∎ Monitor system performance and maintain infrastructure.
∎ Optimize workflows.
∎ Prepare and submit reports in line with regulatory standards (CIB, MRA).
∎ Ensure timely submission and proper documentation.
∎ Maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy MIS Officer to manage and enhance our Management Information System (MIS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting data operations, system maintenance, and regulatory reporting—particularly in the context of the Credit Information Bureau (CIB) and Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA).
∎ 1. CIB & Data Management:
∎ Collect, validate, and manage credit data from internal and external sources.

∎ Prepare and submit reports in line with regulatory standards (CIB, MRA).
