Merchant Acquisition, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, Product and Technology, Marketing, Campaign, Business Finance, Communication on tracking deliverables like new feature, marketing communication material, campaign planning and execution etc.
∎ Track Daily KPI, prepare analysis and communicate with Merchant on scope of business proliferation.
∎ Reconciliation of daily transactions.
∎ - Forecasting
∎ - Coordination with campaign team for campaign design and reward disbursement.
∎ • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
∎ Coordinate, support and mitigate risks related to Regulatory Inspection, Internal and External Audit.
∎ Develop and implement system based automated controls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Graduate from any Public & Private University
∎ Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ Minimum 1-3 years' prior working experiences in the relevant field or Experience
∎ Knowledge on Financial Products, MFS Industry and its Regulation/Directives
∎ Effective Communication and Impactful Presentation
∎ Influence Audience and Negotiation
∎ Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suit and advanced MS Excel user
∎ Proficient in interpreting bulk data into usable information
∎ Ability to communicate with cross-functional team
∎ Capacity to work in team with people from diverse background
∎ Ability to work under strict deadlines and stressful situation
