Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly work plans for monitoring the program.
∎ Developing monitoring tools for project monitoring.
∎ Technical support to participatory monitoring and result monitoring.
∎ Monitor the project activities as per plan.
∎ Analysis of identified data and information in line with the indicator.
∎ Preparing monitoring reports with recommendations.
∎ Organizing project impact review.
∎ Making follow-up visits to the project area in order to facilitate and monitor the program activities.
∎ Validating data and follow-up on identified issues through monitoring
∎ Consolidate monthly and quarterly field reports.
∎ Assisting the Coordinator-MEAL to prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports
∎ Ensuring necessary support to project staff in monitoring project activities.
∎ Keeping the necessary records and documents of the project.
∎ Providing weekly students attendance statistical reports through the KOBO and ONA toolbox.
∎ S/he will ensure different logistic support to the front-line staff and provide supportive supervision for proper and timely implementation of the project activities.
∎ Responsible for checking and quality ensuring at least 70%.
∎ Capacity building of stakeholders including project staff and community.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in education project implementation in any reputed NGO.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle-driving license.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent skills in project management, financial management, and report writing.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 70,455 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
