Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain work process flow by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments.
∎ Build rapport with internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Conduct internal and market analysis to identify key areas of improvement.
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Keep management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information, making recommendations.
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
