Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect & manage all data from the field operation for according to company guideline.
∎ Monitor sales operations team through tracking process daily.
∎ Review individual sales team performance.
∎ Record customer details as per operational guideline.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
∎ Give constructively feed back to the management daily basis.
∎ Perform others task as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Always keep information confidential and maintain the guide line of the company management.
∎ Collecting, Compiling and organization market and sales data.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data as guiding of the department.
∎ Monitoring and assessing sales performance competition activity customer and market trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to present reports to the top management through MS power point.
∎ Must be good in both Bangla and English language.
∎ Able to competition analytical skill through market in intelligent.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetic, Consumer, Toiletries, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG) industry.
∎ Computer skill MS office, Presentation skill, Typing Bangla & English language.
Salary: Negotiable
